At Bauhaus 2 Your House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modern design investment. If a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return most items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our contact form within 14 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original factory packaging, including all protective inserts, hardware, and assembly instructions to ensure safe transit and full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the item back to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
